I purchased this futon sofa bed for my son's apartment, in part because the reviews were generally very positive. It looked like it did in the photo (though note that the armrests do not attach), but it was uncomfortable and broke (back would not stay up) after only 10 months. It was so very disappointing. After it broke (from 2 people sitting on it), I called to check on warranty or for some response to the poor quality, Target connected me with Costway, and Costway said no warranty, nothing. Don't waste your money on this poorly constructed futon. Very disappointing.

The leather futon sofa bed looks great in my son’s office. It is easy to put together and fits the space well. It is firm and no one in my family has slept on it yet. If one is looking for a soft bed, this sofa may not be the one or mattress topper may help. If one is looking for a sofa in the computer room, this looks great and is functional with cup holders in the middle.
