They’re soft and just a bit crumbly. As a breastfeeding mom they’re an easy snack to keep by the bedside as well for midnight feeds when a craving for chocolate hits.

It has soft rolled oats in the bar which makes the bar soft and chewy. The nutritional content was great and not too unhealthy like most energy bars. I’ve been using them for breakfast for the last few days and they’re so good. I highly recommend.

I would also say it’s a good idea as a pick me up throughout the day but definitely really good. I enjoy these and you’re healthy just in moderation because there are carbs, but they’re perfect.

My kiddo did like you so that was a big plus I also think they’re pretty expensive for only having a couple in the box. There’s a good if you like that Protein bar kind of taste.
