A: Unfortunately no, ottoman supports the long cushion, as a result can't be left out, however moved either left or right.

Q: The ad photots show 2 different seat cushion scenarios, one photo shows 2 long rectangular cushions and one shows 1 long rectangular plus 2 short square seat cushions. Which is it?

A: Please note, this item can be configured in (two) ways; ottoman either to left or right which will require long seat cushion to be switched to ottoman side. Product page shows ghost "simulation" of how sectional can be switched over.

Q: Regarding the 2 single seat cushions. What ambient temperature and how much humidity are needed for the cushions to fully fluff up? Will they be as firm as the double seat cushion?

A: Hello D, room temperture-65°-70° will allow foam to fluff-up. It may not be double the size however similar to neighboring pillow-cushions.

Q: When do the two separate cushions with springs fully "fluff up"? I have had my couch for almost 3 full days and they are both still pretty flat.

I bought this couch to put in a video game room I was setting up for the grandkids. This room is on our second floor so I wanted something we could get up the steps. The boxes with the couch in were heavy we just took all the parts upstairs separately. Assembly was surprisingly easy and my grandson loved opening the cushion bags so they could fluff. It’s attractive and comfortable. The fabric isn’t linen, thank goodness, but seems durable and comfortable. The cushions attach to the couch with Velcro. No sliding cushions!

The assembly was pretty easy but one of the legs was uneven as the threading was off. The worst part was the pillows never puffed up, even after letting them settle for over 48 hours. Returning. Super frsutrated.

Bad couch. Came deflated . Absolutely horrible. All pieces except one came in a plastic bag deflated. The one piece that was not put in plastic came out good. Common sense obviously was not used when packaging this couch. This couch is unusable because the deflated pieces are so thin. Very disappointed. Would like a replacement but it is not an offered option when I start a return.

Great for the price. Easy to assemble. I often lay on the lengthened chaise part and the indent shows after a month. I try to flip the cushion to balance out the use but the imprint will still show after a few days. The back piece behind the chaise also seems to be slightly more worn than the other side and again, I’ve only had it for a month or two. Overall, I’m happy with the couch for my small apartment space, but would recommend alternating where you sit to even out the wear.
