It's a good protein bar it doesn't taste like C&C, the taste reminds of a 100 grand bar but without the caramel. You can taste the artificial sweetener and the whey protein in this. I'll probably get this again in the future

They are good for a protein bar. They do taste like candy when you first bite in to it but after chewing they have a chemical aftertaste. It is significantly better then other options on the market though and so far cookies and cream the most edible from the line

I’ve tried many bars over the years to find high protein snacks on the go. I can eat a variety of protein bar options (Clean, Kirkland) but many I try once and then don’t repurchase (RX Bars, Quest). I found Barebells C&C to be a great option when you want something sweater tasting like a candy bar but without the added sugar and the bonus protein content. Does it taste artificial? Yes. Does it have a bit of an after taste? Yes Protein chalkiness? Yes. But hear me out…most options have the same issues and they still doesn’t taste as good. For me, I’ll buy these again but given the cost and sweetness, I’ll be a once in a while thing when I am having a sweets craving.
