A: Sorry for the confusion. Different people and countries look at these measurements differently. Typically all the “length” or “drop sizes” are the same; in this case; 72 Inches (L) is Length size. All the other available sizes are the Blind/Shade Width size in Inches. Hope that is clear.

A: Dear Jenny. Unfortunately, you will not be able to cut this yourself, because you will need a special machine for that. We also don't have this cutting service available at Target.
