It looks, feels and smells just like the wood was just spray painted. The picture online does not compare to the actual item-it’s not as sleek and smooth appearing with a clean finish. I can see areas where the top coat was missed. It’s more like a DIY nightstand someone can build in their garage…but this one has to be put together piece by piece. I’m leaning towards returning it now.
