Flawless Cleanse Spa Bath Brush

Not sure if I got a defect brush or if this is how it is, but based on the other positive reviews I may have gotten a broken one...but the motor barely works to spin the brush and it stops spinning as soon as it has any contact with skin. Kind of defeating the whole purpose of having a spinning brush.

TL:DR Despite shoulder issues, a manual, lighter weight brush works better First the pros Batteries are included It comes with a hook so you can hang it over your shower rail and keep it dry Three brush heads to choose from Now the reasons I’m returning it. I bought this because shoulder issues make it harder to use a traditional back brush for me. However, because of the weight of this, it’s not less painful and I can’t really press hard enough for it to SCRUB my back. The head with a poof is not removable from the base, so I don’t know how it would be cleaned or replaced. Those poofs are notorious for harboring bacteria The head with a pad that’s supposed to be the exfoliator, is rough like those old school buff puffs, but it is so thin, it’s barely there and I found it really ineffectual to clean much less exfoliate. If this is been 3/4 of an inch to an inch thick, it migt have worked better. Also, even though I filled it with body wash and turned the little dial to max, none of the wash actually came out onto the pad. The head with the brush is the only one I had any success with, however, it seems to just lightly skim over my back and not really clean anything. Because it’s already heavy and awkward I couldn’t apply more pressure. Using a really lightweight plastic back brush has worked better for me made my back feel cleaner.

I, too, am very much enjoying this product and have been recommending to family and friends as of late. I wanted to get a a few good uses in before making any suggestions to buy or not to buy. I really don’t like the feel of back scrubbers, so I was reluctant to buy this, but I also wanted something that makes me feel clean and helps with the parts of my back that are hard to reach. The attachments are gentle (so the feel on my skin while I’m scrubbing doesn’t bother me at all) and they are effective enough to get the job done. My back has never felt cleaner. It is super easy to use, clean, and store. I can’t think of any complaints. Love this and plan to look into their other products - I think they have one for the face.

This has been so helpful for me with limited mobility and being able to be more independent with showering. It’s so easy to use and gets me nice and clean. I love it! Very happy I bought it!

I ordered this because I was having problems cleaning my back. I had tried using one of those back scrubbers with handles on each end but had problems gripping this. With this all I have to do is hold it and move it around my back. It cleans my back perfectly, I enjoy using it so much. I have also found it cleans the bottoms of my feet really well.

i am talking about the cleanse spa brush. the first time i used the part to exfoliate my skin it fell apart. i do not even want to ask you if i can order another one beause i am afraid it will happen again. i wish i could return it for a full credit if possible for something else in yur catalog.?????
