Q: What are the measurements inside the under part of the loft? I know floor to bottom of bed platform, but what about width and length from the inside of each leg? Thanks!

Q: What is the measurement from the floor to the bottom brace? We have a low ceiling, but really wanting a bunk over the bed currently being used. I would need to cut the wood down and lower it.

Setup was alright, I guess. Seems sturdy enough once you get the bolts tightened, though I wish the metal support rod for the slats wasn’t so hollow. However, do not set this thing up in such a way that you can’t reach the screws to tighten them because if you got this for a young adult or an adult, those bolts will start to loosen. Be careful with tightening or you will get a crack in the wood (I’ve had this thing up and in use for two weeks and it’s already happened to me on one of the lower long boards).

I have 3 grandsons that come to visit often. I purchased the Farmhouse twin over twin, and twin high loft bed. It's footprint takes the room of a little over one twin bed. Leaving room for them to play under the loft bed. Success! They love it!
