Q: what is the correct/updated label for this? my box says 240 calories? When I scan the barcode into my fitness app the numbers are completely different.

I either got a bad batch, or I have sensitive taste buds! These were not good at all. Two small rolls of I’m- not-sure. The filling was not the consistency of chicken. The sauce was bitter and tasteless. Where was the cheese? I would not recommend this at all.

These are great if you are trying to stay in a caloric deficit and want to ensure you’re hitting your protein goals. These are not made with tortillas so the texture is going to be different than a traditional enchilada but the flavor is great. I meal prep and wouldn’t eat these all the time but if you’re in a pinch and need something convenient definitely try these out!

I love these. They're low-calorie, high protein, and easy to make. They also taste great - IF YOU HEAT THEM UP RIGHT. I put them in the air fryer in the little pan they come in for 14 mins at 350. Halfway through I like to tear up a low carb tortilla and put it on top with a little extra cheese. It helps to make you feel like you're actually getting enchiladas, not just straight chicken. If you have to microwave I would recommend heating in the air fryer the night before and then storing in the fridge before you microwave.

SUPERRR BAD. Honestly made me so sick, skip this one. The reviews cannot be forreal. Was literally disgusting. Rubbery tortilla,mystery meat, weird sour salsa.

The chicken tortilla they use has a gross taste, they use the same in the pizza dish. I want to like it because it’s a low carb option, but I couldn’t finish even a single bite. Maybe some people enjoy it, but it just has a bad flavor. The sauce had a good flavor so that was the only redeeming quality for me.

Just started a keto diet so I figured this would be a good quick meal when I don’t feel like cooking dinner. I made mine in a toaster oven and after seeing how watery it was from reading other reviews; I pulled it out of the oven every 10 minutes to drain the water. (It still came out water) I was hopeful of this meal but it’s pretty flavorless. The only flavor I get is spice but other than that nothing else… it needs something. I personally love cooking Mexican food and know I can create a better version of this myself…. BUT, being that this is a frozen option for me when you’re on the go; it’s just okay.

The nutrition facts are so incorrect so stay away if you are counting macros. No way these 2 tortilla shell (corn I believe) are 9g carbs. Prob around 25+ Not a low carb food mislabeled

Just for reference, I am Hispanic and have made enchiladas from scratch my whole life. They can be a bit of work so when I saw these on social media, I was enticed by the protein content and supposed good flavor. These were really not that great and only ate it because I needed the protein and paid a little more than I usually do for frozen meals. Would I get it again? No. But it is good for protein if that’s what’s important to you.

Unlike the photo on the box, one enchilada was naked and the other had very little cheese on top. Other than the green sauce, which is apparently puréed jalapeño, there was no spice. I had to scrape off the green sauce (since I can’t eat hot peppers), it was bland. And the texture of the tortilla was mushy soft. There was however, plenty of chicken inside. Disappointing, since the chicken tenders are so delicious.
