Shocked that the rug wasn't wrapped for protection. It's filthy and would need professional cleaning. Returning this as I expect a replacement would be sent in the same manner.

I love the material on this rug and the quality was great. However, with that being said, just keep in mind that you, have to have it professionally cleaned. Or possibly with a carpet cleaner. This rug got dirtier then I expected it too. Also, make sure you buy some nonslip pads for it, it will slide around if it’s on hardwood floor.
