Creative assembly required

My wife and I are pretty accustomed to assembling knock down furniture. We like this couch however on e of the V shaped brackets on the side arm was assembled upside down. Luckily I had the right Hex key to remove the hex screws and reinstall the bracket. The zipper that connects the back of the couch to the seat cushion assemble was of poor quality. We couldn’t get the male end into the female end because of the fabric attached to the female end. We literally had to cut the fabric away with a scissor to ge the zipper parts to fit. Beads of sweat!!! Once completed the couch fit our space nicely. We’re done with Zinus and Wayfair furniture for awhile.

I love my sofa. It is firm which I like....feels great on my chronically sore back. Very easy assembly for this 51 year old lady to do all by herself. Modern, updated, apartment-sized, at a price that cannot be beat. Better quality than anywhere else for the price.
Good one!

So easy to assemble! But at least you need 3 people to do it to make it easier~ Comfy for short sitting like 1-2 hours. Good buy for the price! Good looking, too!
Comfortable Sofa, cute look!

This sofa is honestly a much nicer upgrade from my wayfair starter sofa. I’ve had such negative experiences from buying sofas online, but I’m pleasantly surprised with this one! It was easy to put together and the foam cushions are really comfortable! My only complaint is that I wish it was a little wider for more space, but I’m 4’11” so it’s not the end of the world.
Great sofa for the money.

Great price and I love that financing is an option but it's not too comfy and putting it together on my own was a nightmare, not many pieces but you need two people to hold it in place right. This would make great office furniture!
Good couch but already creaking

Got the couch about a month ago now. Really easy to setup by myself. It started out very firm like other reviewers said but has gotten much softer. Rating this 3 stars just because a loud creak has started every time I lean back and I cant seem to get it to stop. Not sure if I just got a bad back panel or if the clip pieces are loose. Either way it is really annoying.

Amazing quality for the price. Several months later, it's still standing up to the abuse of two small children and a husband who naps on it almost daily.
Wow! I love it!

What a fantastic little sofa! you would never be able to tell how inexpensive it is. It is perfect for my small space living room and was SO easy to put together (took no more than 10 minutes).

This couch looks much more expensive than it is. I agree that it's not the most comfortable, but I weighed the cushions down with heavy boxes for an hour or so and now it's pretty cozy. It was very easy to put together and I expect that it will be easy to disassemble and move (as a renter this is huge for me). Would recommend!
decent for the price, but won't last long

I bought this couch because I loved the mid-century look and it was in my price range for a starter couch. It's pretty comfortable, although I wouldn't sleep on it. My main issue with the couch is how creaky it is. I've only had it for 5 months, but it's already extremely creaky every time I move on it even a little bit. It wasn't like that when I first put it together. Disappointing, because I was hoping the couch would last a long time but I don't think it will.
Great couch!

So pleased with this couch! I was worried about the back cushions, but they’ve really held up well.... even with a cat that likes to nap on them.

I expected for my sofa to arrive sooner for simple fact the products are supposedly ready to ship. I ordered it on 3/20 and received it on 3/27. It was very easy to put together. The hardest part was dragging the box inside my apartment. The back cushions should Velcro to the back however there is only one strip of Velcro on the back of the sofa and the material on the back of the cushions is a little off so it doesn’t Velcro together the way it should. The cushions seem to stay put for the most part though. The back cushions are comfy. The base cushion where you sit is firm but comfortable. The stock pictures on the website show a foot in the middle of the sofa for center support however the sofa only comes with four feet... two for each end of the sofa. Hopefully it holds up without a center support. We are replacing a broken down futon with this sofa and it’s perfect for what we need. With kids we wanted something on the inexpensive side. All in all we love the new Zinus sofa. It’s beautiful and functional.

Easy to put together. Looks nice. I’ve had it 4 months and it is extremely uncomfortable. For decoration this works, but I wish I spent more to get a comfortable sofa. Was hoping it would be more like the mattress.

I bought two of these for our office. They've been a big hit - they look professional and neat, but are also comfy for just relaxing between tasks.

This is an excellent starter couch. The cushions are soft and supportive, and it seats 3-4 people comfortably. I’m 5’5 and I can lie down on it very comfortably. The only drawback is that the seat is a little narrow, and it takes some time for the couch to settle, so it seems kind of rickety at first. But again, for this price I’m not complaining!
