Typically I like the Healthy choice meals for my Lunches. However I tried this one for the first time and the flavor was good, but it was outweighed by the amount of stems from the greens. Yes STEMS, they we hard and ruined the whole meal. I counted over 10, one inch long stems in the bowl and it just really ruined it for me.

I am on a low fat diet so this fit the bill. It was surprisingly good for frozen food and couldn't be easier to prepare. It has plenty of protein and some fiber as well. I would purchase again.

This is really good! The riced cauliflower is almost like rice, adding some texture and "bulk" to the dish, like rice would. I added garlic powder and salt, and it was excellent! Wow.

This power bowl is not one of my favorites but I do like it! The only issue was each bite I tried to chew had very tough stems included! Th pesto flavor was okay, I will probably stick with the other power bowls!

Someone is going to get hurt! I have these everyday for lunch and recently these kale stalks I believe are so sharp it’s like swallowing glass. I try to pick around them but I sometimes I end up with one and I get so scared. It is so painful trying to swallow these. Honestly, please eliminate this ingredient before a lawsuit happens.

I LOVE this Power Bowl and this is actually my favorite Healthy Choice dish. I'm not a fan of cauliflower, but wanted to try this anyway to see what the riced cauliflower craze is all about. I was pleasantly surprised that the cauliflower doesn't have that pungent flavor it does when it's raw. The riced cauliflower is actually good in here, I love the sauce and love that there are beans in here - they just add to the dish. I also love that the bowl is made of plant based fiber. Healthy Choice knocked it out of the park with this one!

I prepared this last night. Awful experience. Pasta never cooked chicken was tough. Very little product in the bowl with all this packaging. Shameful. I hate these eco friendly bowls I suspect the film was not entirely secure which caused it to dry out. Save your money and buy a different product or hone your cooking skills.

This Power Bowl is, in theory a wonderful way to get a high protein, lean meal. Unfortunately it has not measured up lately. I have found stalks of vegetables that were so tough they actually stuck the inside of my mouth and pieces of chicken and beans that were so dry I couldn't even chew them. It's very disappointing because this is a great idea, but it has failed me. I will no longer be purchasing Healthy Choice Power Bowls.

Healthy choice power bowls taste really good for a microwaveable meal. I need something relatively fast and healthy since I’m a stay at home mom and this hits the spot but my only complaint is it seems very little portions. I found myself still hungry afterwards.
