Why is it that every time I buy a healthier breakfast option it is completely loaded with peppers? This one has red and green peppers and in an overwhelming amount. It's all I taste. Not to mention the fact that 1 minute in our microwave was not enough and the middle was completely frozen still. Thank goodness I have a plug in heated lunch box option for my car. Otherwise I would have been without breakfast this morning. For the love of all people who want to eat healthy, leave the peppers out of some of these things! Put some spinach in there, or broccoli. Anything but boring pepper chunks. Wait did I just get a potato at the end? Was that a mistake? One potato in the whole thing. For the price I'd skip it.

I like the other GFMS breakfast burritos and was excited to try something new. These taste okay, but the flatbread comes out mushy when microwaved. Heating it up for a few extra seconds makes it a little more edible. Probably better in the oven, but I don't have time for that in the morning, so I won't buy these again.
