I purchased the beige chairs. I realized when looking at the instructions and attempting to assemble the chair that a part was missing. The washers were not included in the box. There was 3 packs of screws, 3 hex keys and 3 extra feet for the chair legs. I ordered two sets for so I checked the other box and the washers were also missing. I assembled the chairs anyway but I was concerned of the stability of the chairs over time with the missing piece. I contacted customer service but was only given the option to return. I will be returning the chairs.
