7-Light Briargrove Linear Chandelier - Hunter Fan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hunter’s Briargrove 7 Light Linear Chandelier is a very modern chandelier it provides very good lighting and is very attractive. I love the design and requires 7 bulbs that is not included in the package. It is quite a conversation fixture that visitors notice as soon as they walk in the room.

The directions aren’t very clear so it takes a while to decipher them but once you figure it out the install is pretty straight forward.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This light fixture is beautiful, but there are a lot of things I would change. First off the candle parts are supposed to be straight up, after assembly and retry I was never able to get the candles to be perpendicular to the ground. They were always slightly angled. Secondly the installation instructions did not help what do ever, and actually made it harder to install. During install there is a tension wire that you use to hold up the fixture while you wire it up, turns out this wire was too short and didn’t allow me to actually hang it up correctly. In the directions it never says to remove it either! Overall the fixture is beautiful and brightens up our kitchen area!

This is such a beautiful chandelier because it adds elegance to your kitchen. The setting up process was super easy I had no issues I just followed the instructions. I had it in my kitchen for a few days now and it’s gotten so many complements. Overall, I absolutely love it and how elegant it looks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chandelier is very striking. I absolutely love the design and look. It does not come with bulbs, so you will have to supply them. My husband was able to assemble it and install it by himself, for the most part. I had to hold the light in position at one point during the install. He is a master electrician. One small pole piece was stripped on its threading, and couldn't be used. Fortunately, we didn't need that piece. They have optional pipes you add depending on your ceiling height. We have 8ft ceilings. Otherwise, the light works well, and is so beautiful. We are very happy with it. I did receive this to review, but all opinions are honest and my own.

You do need to make sure you have a large enough space for it, though- that you have a high enough ceiling. It lights up the room nicely, and it is easier than I anticipated to install and get up and running. I am so glad that I got this chandelier- I have gotten a lot of compliments already, too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A few days ago I received Briargrove 7 Light Linear Chandelier, I am so happy to have such a magnificent chandelier, your design; It is modern, its structure was made of very resistant metal, with 7 light bulbs, it is black that in fact was very much in line with my decoration, it is large and spectacular, something I liked is that it is light compared to other lamps . It took us about 1 hour to install it, it was not difficult, the installation was simple. I am very satisfied with the result now my house looks spectacular and more spacious.

This was the perfect piece as we have black iron touches throughout the house and we were looking for a black chandelier. Great edition to the house!

It was a little bit of a task to get it all put together (the fixture comes in several parts that need to be assembled), but the instructions were easy to follow and the fixture looks sturdy and expensive.

My husband and I were able to install without having any arguments (lol) due to the easy to follow instructions. It's the perfect size over our dining room table and gives off ample lighting. It is relatively small so we knew we wanted something big to give the illusion of a bigger space. This chandelier was PERFECT! The size is wonderful! The quality is impeccable. And the color is absolutely outstanding! I feel like it could go with a multitude of different design styles. Personally we have a farmhouse theme and it feel it ties everything in so very well. My husband had no issues installing and it was quick and easy. It illuminates the entire room so well as well! Over all we are so very pleased with this new piece that adds so much vibrancy (AND LIGHT) to our space!

We have decided to remodel to accommodate it because once we installed it we saw how much work our ceiling needs. The modern brass color is almost gold but the finish of the color is beautiful. I would definitely recommend having some experience installing a piece like this, my husband was able to do it with my help! It's sleek and modern and definitely a conversation starter!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a new light for our home we are remodeling, and we wanted something of a statement piece, and the Briargrove 7 Light Linear Chandelier certainly checked that box. And because it came from Hunter, a brand I trust as I own two ceiling fans they’ve produced, and we love, it came as no surprise that we are very satisfied with the Briargrove! It came very well packaged, in layers, and thus it looked flawless out of the box. The golden color was consistent through the fixture, and there were no dents or scuffs on any of the pieces. The installation took about 45 minutes, and as someone who is very comfortable doing this sort of work, I found it to be very intuitive. However, if you are unfamiliar with such projects, I will say the directions are sparse. They have steps listed individually, but only a single drawn picture to guide you. Again, I had no problem at all, but novices might want to be aware and plan accordingly. The lampposts themselves must be screwed to the frame, and there are sleeves that go over them. Then the down rods must be attached, with the ample wiring needing to be threaded inside and through. This can be tricky, but the threads of the rods (where it is most narrow) can be removed during this process for an easier time. The mounting plate has plenty of hole with which to attach to your ceiling, so you are not only reliant on the screws in the junction box to hold the fixture up. It is quite long, tall, and moderately heavy, and everything is well crafted and fits together perfectly. I included a picture with a soda can for referencing the size of the light. The chandelier looks beautiful, and puts out a great amount of light, which isn’t a surprise with seven bulbs. There are plenty of down rods so you have a great deal of say in how low you’d like the light to hang, and how much you want to illuminate. The Briargrove has a classic, modern feel to it, and is very versatile. It looks good with our mid modern decor, but it certainly can fit a more formal aesthetic. It is simple and unobtrusive, providing a functional, minimalistic appearance, while still drawing compliments, and providing great light. When I think of Hunter I think of ceiling fans, but the Briargrove proves that they can provide much more than that, without sacrificing any quality. Big thumbs up from us!
