Beautiful table but only sits four people comfortably - pretty sure the product details state this but just wanted to confirm just in case it doesn’t. Reason for one star is because of the third party’s customer service. Absolutely terrible. Not only did it take 3 weeks to deliver the table, it arrived without the require tools (8 screws), so I couldn’t assemble it upon delivery. Therefore, I reached out to their customer service team to mail me the required tools that it should’ve came with. Last I spoke to Amy from their team she told me she would call me back to confirm the status of the order for the missing tools but I never heard back. To this day, I have not received the nails or at least a single email or call back with any updates, and it’s been at least two weeks since I spoke to the initial customer service representative. If it’s this difficult to mail a customer nails, I can’t imagine dealing with them for a bigger issue. If the nails were received initially or shortly after I called them to have them mailed to me, I might’ve ended up keeping the table, but since that wasn’t the case, they now lost a customer and a sale. Disappointed to say the least.
