Whether I'm sleeping on my side, back, or stomach, this pillow shapes to my head and neck perfectly, and is one of the best pillows I have ever used. I like that it has a washable cover with it, and it's pretty easy to reshape, especially when you remove the cover.

The pillows are sturdy but crinkly and noisy to lay on. If you make any movement, it's like a newspaper is in there. They don't feel as memory foamy as I hoped, but they do the job—supportive enough to keep me from getting headaches.

I had a pillow before that allowed me to take out the fill if needed. I've had 2 neck surgeries in the past 21 years and a pillow can really make a difference. I took some of the fill out (but am keeping it) and I am able to shape this exactly how I need it. Since I've been sleeping on this pillow I no longer have a stiff neck or shoulders. I am a side sleeper.

Finally after hundreds of dollars on even the best name brand pillows, in one night I woke up to no neck pain and no shoulder pain. Literally none. I bought another to have as a back up. I fall asleep on my side and tend to wake up on my back, so I toss a little in my sleep. It’s firm enough to support my neck and broad shoulders while on my side and doesn’t crane my neck when sleeping on my back either. I sleep much better with this pillow! I didn’t notice a strong smell but I also put a hypoallergenic pillow cover on it before I put on my pillowcase.
