We cannot get the trundle to attach properly. It is slanted and won't make into full size bed. Falls off easily. Customer service won't help

Item was described as "new". It arrived in a box that had clearly been taped up again. The headboard has a crack in it and it clearly has been assembled previously.

Poor quality control

The quality of the materials is pretty poor. 4 pieces came without pilot holes drilled for the screws and I had to drill them myself. There were gouges out of the finished wood in some spots and the paint is scuffed and scratched. I know some of that can't be helped with a shipped flat pack but it's really too bad. Once assembled and cleaned and touched up, the bed itself is great. Maybe for the price you get what you pay for, but I didn't think this was inexpensive.

We loved how this looks and functions but we received two different boxes and both had parts that were broken and scratched. The actual bed is fine but getting the parts needed is a hassle! I hope this is corrected for future purchasers!

I absolutely love this bed. We have a very small room that needed to be converted to a guest room. The interlacing slats allow us to make this into a daybed/couch and then fold out for company. It’s much more luxurious than a foldout couch.

Great product, quick shipping (1.5 weeks ahead of projected date!), and fairly easy to assemble. It comes with spacing blocks when assembling slats so be sure to take your time so you don’t have to reverse things when assembling the trundle portion.
