Q: Hi. Can you explain how the self-watering feature works?

A: Hi, thanks for your question! The Finley Planter includes a seal base to prevent leaks, while the shelf insert tray allows excess water to drip to the bottom of the planter. Plant roots can wick water from the reservoir of water whenever they're thirsty.

A: Hi there! So sorry for our delayed response to your question. Yes, there are optional knockout drainage holes at the bottom of the planter. Just use a screwdriver, apply a bit of pressure to the suggested drainage hole spots, and they should come out with ease, giving the planter maximum drainage.

Q: Hi, the item description has two different description of sizes, 12"/14.55" and 20"/25". Is the first set of options the width?

The box came slightly damaged. The product was not damaged. The packaging surprised me the product you could move in the box. There is only one of those bubble green things Townes to give in one roll in the box. I was under the impression that target warehouses would do a better job on packaging that is the first package that I’ve received from target that was that poor.

Great price for such a tall pot My one issue is the “plate” that is inserted to reduce the amount of soil is not adjustable. It is not low enough (goes down 14”)and defeats the purpose of getting such a tall pot. If I leave the plate out the pot is too deep. I will now order the short one and leave plate out
