This arrived looking just like the photo and in great shape. There was no shipping damage. I chose to lean it rather than hang it, so I can't comment on the mounting process. The frame itself is bright and subtle.

Ordered the brass mirror and it arrived broken. Replacement mirror was shattered, as well Customer service was easy to work with. Sadly I’m 0 for 2 on delivery. Will have to find another option, so clearly the packaging does not protect the mirror during shipment.

Don’t bother ordering if you actually want brass color. First order arrived in good condition but in the black frame. So I returned and placed a new order. That one arrived today shattered and is black. I found another mirror in gold just like this from another online retailer for less $.
