Case-Mate Waterproof Pouch

While this is a good product it is not working for my android phone. It is too hard to get the phone into it and the edge of the case covers the area I need to get to in order to use it as a phone. Oops.

Well I received the packaging and the product was missing from inside. Target is giving me an error message every time I try to report this.

Hard to position phone in the case to take good pictures.

Bought for the lake and it works good I haven’t stuck it fully under water yet. I bought it more as a protective measure for ‘if’ I dropped it in!

At first it seemed a little bulky compared to one I had previously. However, it’s fantastic, you can use your camera underwater. The clamp and tabs used to seal it is super easy no matter if your hands are wet or not. Much more user friendly than the triple ziploc top of others. Perfect for a 15 year old paddleboarder and fisherman!

Bought this yesterday, I work at a pool and I bike a lot through all weather. I like that the strap is long enough to wear cross body or around my waist and the color. I DISLIKE that once the phone is inside I’m completely incapable swiping up from the bottom to open my phone. The flashlight and camera button are available and pressable but that’s it… and good luck closing the phone. If it were just a tiny bit longer I think this would have worked wonderfully, but it didn’t so it goes back. The plastic on top feels cheap and I question if it would keep water out… 🤷🏻♀️

It did keep my phone dry at a water park, but it is bulky and hard to take phone out if you have a case, not sure if it’s easier without outer case. Touchscreen worked fine and photos turned out fine as well. I dont like that you can’t turn the screen off easily because the button on side isn’t accessible. Overall, I wish it had a secondary waterproofing because if the plastic part fails then your phone is done. Not loving it but it did the job today.

Does not fit all phones unfortunately. It fit my son's phone when taken out of it's case.

Took this case to a water park, and within 1hr, the case apeared to get mositer inside, resulting to casing water damgae to my iphone 14 max pro.

We purchased this bag brand new. On its first use, while it initially held water tight (I checked!), it ultimately let water in. We didn't discover it immediately, which led to the untimely death of my iphone. Don't purchase this! It is a costly mistake to trust this piece of garbage!

Water got inside of my phone

This leaked and my phone took several days to dry out. Maybe if your phone is smaller than a normal phone, which average over 6" these days which also makes this a terribly sized case, or maybe if it's smaller than the recommended 6" this says it will manage,... maybe then you can pull more of the plastic into the locking mechanism, but for mine it apparently was not secure.

I used this while boating and tubing the river and live that it has thick hooks and a lanyard so it’s sturdy. It fit my iPhone perfectly but I took off my phones case so it’s easier to take in and out otherwise it’s stuck. It locks and seals and like the instructions mention it may get condensation but it’s fine for me as my phone is safe. It’s easy to touch screen to text and take pictures but the audio does sound muffled as it’s sealed up after all. This is not sponsored I purchased it with my own money and tested it out and love it!

I wanted to like this cute waterproof case so much but it just didn’t deliver. The padding is too thick, making it difficult to press the side buttons on the phone. It also made my iPhone overheat while inside. Pros were that it is sturdy and kept the water out - but the other issues made me wish I could return it.

I purchased the "Soap Bubble" case for a recent cruise, and it was the perfect way to protect my Pixel 8 whenever we were around water. I had full front and back camera functionality, and could use the entire screen. My phone was even able to read my fingerprint most of the time, unless the plastic had water droplets on it. It's also really holographic and pretty! Can't wait to use it more this summer.

The product ultimately didn’t work. I did the pretest in a sink, and was fine. Once in water with waves, water droplets had seeped in. I only noticed when I went to take a pic, the droplets were controlling the screen and not my finger. That’s when I saw water intrusion. It’s a cute case and seems durable so maybe I got a bad one.

I used this at a water park with two kids for four days and it held up and kept my phone safe and dry. I was able to text and take photos and video, which was all I needed to do in the water. For anything else, I took it out of the case. My iPhone 14 Pro Max fit fine. I had to take it out of my regular case but the Case-Mate is cushioned and protected it well. And it’s pretty.

I have a new iPhone 15 pro max, and it does NOT fit in this pouch. I do have a thin case on it, but even if I took it off, I don't think I could get the phone in. If I had tried, I would have ripped the sides of the case, and the pan it wouldn't have been waterproof.

I found it, used it and worked great tho. I was able to take some photos and videos. I satisfied overall. One thing I was kind of confused when I tried to open/unlock. I should read the instruction first. Don’t be a fool like me. 😅
