This rug came with bed bugs. Target was great and refunded my money promptly. They also referred me to their Claims Management company to help me recover my out of pocket extermination expenses. This company was also very helpful. However, since this was a third party purchase, they had to refer me to the manufacturer. It’s been nearly 3 months and multiple attempts with manufacturer snd I have not heard from them. This rug should be removed from inventory
