Intelligent Design Rachel Ombre Shaggy Faux Fur Comforter Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cassie Ombre Shaggy Faux Fur Comforter Set in the full size/queen has instantly transformed my room into a cozy little retreat. It’s plush and thick, the kind of comforter you just want to sink into after a long day. The faux fur is so soft and fluffy, it almost feels like wrapping yourself in a giant stuffed animal. The ombre design is really pretty too. The pink and blush tones remind me of strawberry Neapolitan ice cream. This set is definitely better suited for fall and winter. It keeps me super warm, almost too warm for spring or summer. I’ll be storing it away when the temps rise. The shams match perfectly and pull everything together, and I appreciate that the whole set is machine washable. My only downside is that the material is 100% polyester, and while it still feels luxe, I would’ve preferred a more breathable or natural fiber.

So far seems it will last a decent amount of time I haven’t washed yet so not sure how it would hold up. It does have a soft texture and feels comfortable .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon opening this comforter set I was amazed to feel how soft this set is. The quality is nice compared to other fluffy sets I’ve felt. I usually wouldn’t go for light colors but the fact that it’s grey and has an ombré effect going on is why I chose this specific set. As for the size, I’ve noticed that queen size is sometimes too snug for my bed and the fact that this is a full/queen had me doubting it would fit, but it in fact fits my bed just right. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to get this! I got this for my teenage daughter who was in need of a comforter. She absolutely loves this and everything about it. I like that it came with 2 pillow cases instead of just one. The material is so soft, and I like that it's 2 different materials. The underside isn't the "soft fuzzy" material, but regular cotton material. This will keep her nice and toasty! My only issue, is how it will turn out when washed. I am afraid the fuzzies will come off. I personally don't care for the pattern. But my daughter loves it. I still give this a 5 stars though!

Because the pillows are uneven

It was like a shag carpet versus being fluffy and soft.

This is super cute and very soft, but after a month I already have a hole at the seam. I noticed from the beginning that the seam was a little weak, but nothing that a needle and thread can’t fix!

The comforter is thin and not very plush—feels cheaper than it costs. The shag is pretty long, about 1.25-1.5inches long. The shag is not dense, you can see through the shag to where it is attached. It IS soft though. Sheds a little. Overall, it wasn’t the quality I was looking for and thus, I’m disappointed.

The quality is great, I have washed and dried it and it held its shape. I’m unsure of the value? Putting this blanket away until winter ❤️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well I opted to get the pink comforter set but I some how got gray. But anyway the comforter right out the pack soft I shook it out to fluff it up and there is a lot of lent that come off it. I am going to wash it and see if some of that comes out. The weight of the comforter is a little heavier than I expected so I would use it more when it’s cold rather than in the summer since I’m in FL. Over all I like it I just wish I actually got the pink color that I wanted rather than gray.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son absolutely loves this blanket set! He said it’s the softest blanket he’s ever used. My 8.5 year old has autism and is very picky about his blankets. He won’t use a comforter or quilt so he always just slept with 3 fleece blankets. As you can imagine those would get bunched up in the night. I wanted to find him a bigger thicker blanket that he could use on its own that was as soft as the fleece or more so. This is more so as fits the bill perfectly! The one side is almost like a slippery soft and the other is the shaggy side. Even the shaggy side is soft and not stiff. He curls up in this and sleeps all night long. It’s neither too hot or too thin. This isn’t a cheap blanket you’d find just anywhere. It has a great quality as well! It works in both cold weather and hot weather. He even loves the pillow cases, which is a new thing as he hated all pillow cases before. I would definitely recommend this set for someone looking for a good year round blanket that’s soft.

The color is vibrant, the pillow sham matches the comforter and adds to the style! There is no need to worry about being cold as this comforter will keep you warm no doubt! It was well packaged, seams are very well sewn. This set is very soft to sleep with and to the touch.
