I think my rabbit would chew it up anyway because of the material being so similar to hay. It is not very comfortable to walk on, but but it is very modern chic & a cute addition to my apartment.

Unsure about how effective the cleaning would be based on the hessian woven material, but for sure it’s going to be durable.

It looked beautiful online, and I was excited to add it to my home. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. When I opened the rug, multiple packs of beads had burst open without my knowledge. As soon as I removed the plastic wrap, beads flew everywhere, causing chaos as my dogs eagerly chased after them. This unexpected mess was just the beginning of my troubles. Despite the initial setback, the rug was as visually stunning as I had imagined. However, once I unrolled it, the shedding began—and it was relentless. The shedding was so excessive that it filled my vacuum three times before I gave up. The constant cleanup quickly became too much to handle. Ultimately, I’ve had to relegate this rug to an outdoor space. While it looks great, the practical issues make it unsuitable for indoor use. I would not recommend this rug unless you are prepared for significant maintenance or plan to use it outside.

The rug is made of Jute mostly which is a natural and sustainable fiber. I vacuumed the rug a few times and it seemed durable and minimal pilling. Given the quality of the rug, the price is reasonable and of good value.

This rug cleans easily, is durable and I love that it is sustainable as it is made from natural fibers! Another thing I love about it is even though it it light colors it doesn’t stain easily! It is very high quality and I’m happy to have it! Would buy from this brand if I need a new area rug.

Upon receiving the product, I researched more about the material and I was glad to find out that the material used in making this product is eco-friendly and quite durable. Not only that it is super low maintenance and easy to to vacuum as needed. The only drawback of the product I could think of is that it is quite rough and scratchy due to the material and some spots seems like there is something sharp stuck on the rug. Overall, I would still recommend this product.

I will say though if you’ve had a jute rug in the past you’ll know that they shed at first and this one was no different. It was a mess to get out the packaging but I went over it with my vacuum a few times to get the excess off and it’s good now.
