Q: How do I purchase a replacement globe? Mine is broken.
A: FINALLY have an answer about getting a replacement globe. Lamp is made by Mastercraft International. The customer service number is 870-933-8010. I gave the lamp's TCIN (#88965524). They're sending me a new globe via FedEx FREE of charge.

Q: where is the switch?
A: I just bought this as well and there's no on/off switch. The rotary dimmer just dims?

The switch is on the cord of the lamp that plugs into the wall. It is on the cord about 12” from the base of the lamp. I hope this helps. - Shilpa

Q: I have bought three different types of Light Bulbs for this and none of them work. the one I do get to work is not bright enough once the globe is on. what Is a good light bulb for these?

Q: Like others have asked, how do we attach the globe? I see the canned response with a phone number. I called that number and it's just a generic target customer service and all they can do is returns.

Q: Hello, What is the maximum wattage in an LED bulb that should be used in this lamp? I only see the requirement for incandescent bulbs. My LED is 800 lumens; does that work? Thanks!
