Weak base! No customer support! Trash! Waste of resources; buy better as this chair just ends up in a landfill!

I bought this because I have lower back pain, this chair is not comfortable nor healthy to sit it. It feels very cheap made.

This chair lasted me just over 5 months of daily use before breaking. Because the lumbar support is attached only from the halfway point of the back rest and not to the base of the back rest, leaning back on the support twists the middle of the back rest like how you would snap a glow stick. This is what happened to my product.

I really would not recommend this chair. Only keeping it bc I’m too lazy to return it and it’s ok I guess. The material is super hard and scratchy. If I lean my elbow on the arm rest without long sleeves or a cover on the arm rest, I get deep indentations from the little grid fabric. I get indentations on the backs of my legs from just sitting. Have to use a seat cover and arm rest cushions. The shape of the back is almost airplane-chair like. Like it forces your back into a hunch bc the middle is curved out but the headrest aggressively comes inward pushing your neck forward. If you use a pillow that helps. Head rests and arm rests are not adjustable. Chair does not lean back very easily, you have to use decent force. Sticky wheels if you have carpet

I recently purchased this chair, and it has been a fantastic addition to my home office setup. First and foremost, the back support on this chair is phenomenal. I often find myself sitting for long hours due to work, and this chair provides just the right amount of support to keep my posture in check and my back pain-free. The lumbar support is particularly well-designed, giving me the comfort I need throughout the day. The bottom cushion, while not extraordinary, is decent and does its job well. It provides adequate comfort for extended periods, though it's not the star feature of this chair. Assembly was a breeze. The chair came with all the necessary tools and parts neatly organized, making it easy to put together in no time. The instructions manual, however, could use some improvement. While I managed to figure everything out, clearer diagrams and more detailed steps would be helpful for those less experienced with assembling furniture. One of the standout features of this chair is the head support. It’s truly to die for. The headrest is adjustable and provides the perfect support for my neck, allowing me to relax during breaks and stay comfortable during long meetings. I also want to commend the packaging. The chair arrived in pristine condition, thanks to the meticulous and secure packaging. Everything was well-protected and thoughtfully organized. Overall, the chair is an excellent choice for anyone in need of a reliable and comfortable office chair. Despite the minor issue with the instructions manual, the superior back and head support, ease of assembly, and well-done packaging make it a worthwhile investment. Highly recommended!

The price is good but my fear was the chair would not provide the support I need for my back and neck. I work at home and sit for eight hours. Prior to this, I was in a great deal of pain at the end of the day. The neck and lumbar supports keep me pain free during my working hours and the seat cushion is comfortable.

This chair is very comfortable and if you follow the instructions - it comes together nicely.. the only thing I can think of to improve is the seat cushion a bit more padding other than that absolutely love it!!

chair was easy to assemble they even give additional screws tookme 30 min or less instruction was easy to follow. love my new chair

Super easy to put together and is pretty comfortable. Also is pretty affordable compared to others. Highly recommend if you sit at a desk all day.

When I put my head back the headrest hits it weird, it pushes my head forward which isn’t super comfortable. I’m 5’5 so not very tall so maybe for others it’s ok

The best chair I have owned it is comfortable it provides great support for my back. It is easy to clean. Very light weight easy to move around.

The arm rests have little to no cushion, I'm going to find a way to add some cushion there that doesn't mess up the chair. The head portion may be set to "ergonomic position" but it's not adjustable so it doesn't really accomodate fitting the person's posiiton. It has no lean back so you're sitting forward in a pushed up motion, I can't sit properly in it for more than 1 hour or so. There are other chairs in similar price ranges that would be a better buy

Great chair overall, comfortable and light. Arms were a little tough to assemble.

Chair came sooner then expected and was asssembled well expect for the wheels which i had to grab some pillers and squish the o rings more in

I've had really bad back pain while sitting down. This is really good for this, it keeps your spine as it should, is also comfy and the head rest is really good. I recommend.

I received this chair so fast and it was fairly easy to assemble, i highly recommend it. It has great lumbar support and it fits so aesthetically in my room.
