I bought the 9x12 brown rug for nearly $600 a few months ago. It's completely faded. I think Target recently changed the return policy because I came to get a refund. Don't waste your money. You can get Loloi on Amazon for half the price that's the same if not better quality, we have those and no fading.

I was so happy to find this rug as I’ve been in a long, hard search for a black/charcoal & tan rug with a design like this. Sadly, the color shown online is inaccurate. It has so much green undertone, it is more green than black/charcoal. It is thin, but the low price reflects that quality. It had to be returned because the color was so off.

It’s beautiful and great and quality! Anyone that knows me knows I’m constantly looking for the perfect rug and this is it! I couldn’t be happier especially with having 3 dogs and 2 cats. Washable rugs are typically so expensive but this one is beautiful and affordable!

Bought this rug in December and I’m replacing it only 4 months later. It never lays flat (despite having the premium rug), it has snags all over, shows wear from just walking on it, it shrunk in the wash, everything sticks to it and won’t come off with vacuuming. I love Rugs USA but I won’t purchase another washable rug.

I do like the rug itself, the color, the pattern, etc. However, it is not machine washable. I bought an 8x10 and have the recommended washing machine size for that size rug. However, it is extremely heavy due to the rubber like texture that is underneath it. It is also pretty stiff. Given this, I am unable to toss it into my washing machine and doing so would definitely throw it off balance. Overall, there's just no way I can wash it this way. Also, RugsUSA doesn't take back any orders shipped to Canada so I guess I'll be keeping it...
