[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i underestimated this product a lot, i didn’t think it’ll be as bright because i put it on dark hair but it was a very good bright shade of red. i will be going back and trying this out on a new wig cause i was just testing it the first time. but i actually think im going to love the outcome dude to it being so bring on black hair and im going to put it on blonde next

I've used this on and off the past 2 years. The smell is not offensive. It does color the gray hairs in my hair line. It's a nice all over color. I'm not a huge fan of the post color conditioner provided, but I do use it.

It turned my hair a nice rich auburn color which I really liked. The experience was easy - there was no unpleasant smell, it smelled kind of floral. The packaging came with everything you need including clear instructions, gloves, mixing bottle,and after-care conditioner. My only complaint is that the color fades really quickly (3 weeks)

The packaging I didn’t care for that much. It’s to busy maybe something for simple would be nicer. It did leave my hair a bit dry and hard to comb through so I’m not too happy about that.

I switched to Olia years ago after using other box dyes that would fry my hair. Olia always left my hair in better condition and with a nice shine for my particular hair texture. But the past two times I used it, it faded way quicker than it ever had :/ as if it was semi-permanent. And my hair would look like I didn't even dye it. I thought maybe the first box was a fluke thing or I messed something up, but a second time confirmed my doubts. I'm still using the same color-safe shampoos and such, I think the formula changed sometime after they updated the packaging. I switched back to Revlon Colorsilk because they updated the formula since I used it way back, got much better results.

I got the darkest platinum brown for my medium brown hair. It turned my hair jet black. I had to double check the discarded bottles to check if someone switched the colors. I absolutely hate it. Never again.

Mixing and applying the color was a fairly easy process. I have dark brown hair and after application and waiting, my hair did not end up with the intense red, but rather it looks more like a ginger red which is not a bed shade, but certainly not the shade I expected based on the box.

I enjoyed the scent as it was not too chemically or overwhelming. It did leave my hair with a nice shine and seemed to penetrate the strands well.

I was kind of skeptical that it would actually show up being as I have dark brown hair, but much to my surprise, it did! I'm really happy with how it turned out. Preparing the dye was super easy, just two steps. There isn't a foul, overwhelming odor either! It came with a conditioner to use after as well. I noticed that when rinsing my hair, it didn't take forever, and I haven't had any issues with the color coming off either.

I have used Olia for several years as my hair was in poor condition after using other dye products. I do find Olia reallygood,but I use shade 4.62 which shoes much redder on the ox. However,I was wondering if I could mix one of the other red shades like 6.65 to add redder tones as although 4.62 is deep red,it can tend to look a bit of a plum shade,so I’m wondering if mixing the 2 shades might enhance the red a bit

This Garnier Olia hair color is just gorgeous, the darker your hair the more subtle the deep red is, the lighter your hair, the more vibrant it is. I used this hair dye on my friend's hair, because she's all about bright, vibrant colors. It turned out amazing! The color is beautiful, and the hair dye itself smells good, it didn't leave her hair dry, in fact it looked shiny after we were done. I would recommend this product, if you're searching for a new look!

i followed the instructions perfectly my hair is dark brown and my tips were blonde and after i dyed it only made it a little darker than it was but it’s definitely not red
