Q: For the chair with the natural finish, does that mean you've already applied a clear stain to it? Or will we need to provide our own sealant or stain to finish the chair?

A: Natural finish means no stain or wood protection. Hemlock wood is used throughout this chair which has natural weather resistance properties, however applying some stain with weather sealant will help longevity.

Really cheap wood-rickety and small. Read all directions first, twice even. Some of the parts were missing labels too. I bought two, out one together and it sounds like it's going to break when anyone sits in it. Returning the other. No way I'd pay $50 for this chair if I had sat in it at the store. Wood is super cheap, not teak. I hope no one paid full price for this chair bc it's not worth $50 let alone $125 it was selling for originally. Design wise it looks great, it's not uncomfortable to sit in but it definitely sounds like it will break when you shift, sit down or get up

These are CHEAP. Paint is super thin, not going to protect the wood at all. I don't expect these to last even one season outside. Some of the pieces were cracked and splintering. Some areas dont align properly so it looks like my kid put it together. Aside from all that, the backrest is too short so it hurts to lean your head back. Very disappointed, I expected better from target.

0. deserves 0- stars; 1. wood so soft, screw tear through even on weakest setting on drill; 2. wood cracked on 4 pieces requiring clamped gluing; 3. pre-drilled holes for back's 3 pieces were completely off, pattern clearly misaligned; screws are junk metal, as on lowest drill setting the drill channels crumbled and stripped; 5. the "paint" on this was so bare thin, no primer under it, on nearly every end and many pieces it was transparent showing near bare wood; 6. all of the prior has me painting it myself to both look painted and to cover the stripped screws which would rust away quickly; 8. absolutely NO WAY this chair with weak wood, bad screws could hold even near 300#, let alone 350! the screws and weak softwood will not stay tight & will likely be very unstable very soon

These are already the worst quality but when they arrived damaged there is no recourse. Target states its a 3rd party seller so they can do very little. Buyer Beware!

The assembly took a long time. You would need to be confident in your building skills this isn’t an IKEA chair. Otherwise the chair seems solid. The wood looks nice and it’s a perk that it can fold to take less space.

Saw this around the holidays and thought it would be nice for the porch in spring. Finally got around to assembling it and I am mad at myself for waiting too long to return it. It comes in a million pieces. The materials feels extra thin and not very durable at all. Once assembled it did not feel sturdy at all. States it has a 350 capacity, but I would not even attempt that kind of weight on these. Very disappointed.

They were light weight when we built them which should have been a warning about the cheap, thin wood used. The wood lost color in spots and crushed in support locations, trashed them after one summer season of use. We are not heavy people and didn't use these heavily either.

Next the chair is for someone that is small and slim my friend try to sit on it tight fit, it's like getting in a covett. Last of all it's good for my grandkids when the sun hit's it.
