Breaded Chicken Patties - Frozen - 26oz - Good & Gather™

I do not get or understand why it even comes resealable! It never opens properly and the ziplock part is always broken!

Bag came ripped so I can’t use any of the products.

The taste was off. Cooked all the way, but still chewy.

These are a great deal for the price! I cooked mine in the oven and made an at home McChicken!

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews because I think these patties (and the nuggets) are comparable to FF, but with better breading that doesn't end up with mushy spots. I cook them in the oven on convection and they turn out great. Do not expect restaurant quality (aside from fast food), at this price point, but they're leagues better than some of the other brand-name patties. If you like FF patties, you will like these as well as or better than those.

Do not waste your money on these. This is not the right texture it is watery and the “chicken” does not taste like chicken. I used to buy these regularly because they were comparable to name brand but I couldn’t finish these. I hope target stops selling bad quality grocery items because it makes me question the other target brand food items.

Too much air and not enough chicken. Loosely made, barely holds together.

This is NOT chicken breast in it's natural state(insert many exclamation points here!) I used to regularly purchase Good & Gather all natural chicken breast patties. Then Target did not have them, available for a while. Now Target has reintroduced this "All Natural Chicken Breast Patty" but it's now a manufactured porous sponge-like meat product. And yes, yes, yes, yes...the ingredients MAY BE all natural but, this is NOT Chicken breast in its natural state

I’ve gotten these many times in the past and saw that recent reviews said the quality changed, so I was really hesitant to repurchase them. But I decided to go for it, and the quality seemed the same as I was used to. Maybe I just got a good bag?? Or maybe they’ve fixed them, idk. Either way these are good for the inexpensive price.

Quality took a huge hit recently went from a reasonable choice to complete trash. Watery, mushy, unflavored chicken actually threw out the last few patties couldn’t do it to myself not worth it… yuck! Spend the extra money get the name brand

These used to be good. Now they're mushy and don't even seem like chicken anymore. Some kinda chum bucket chicken.

Used to be a household staple and the only ones my daughter liked. Something changed and they're drastically different now and don't even come close to the texture of a chicken patty. It's like a soft sponge that falls apart.

The packaging is misleading and deceptive. People are already struggling and trying to find the best bang for their buck. It clearly states 10 servings per pkg and 1 serving equals 1 patty. This is the second time I’ve purchased this bag recently and there are only 8 patties in the bag. Update your packaging because this very misleading.

Much more expensive than before. There used to be the blue bag with plenty of patties and better meat mixture. These cost double and have less flavor.

These are truly awful. They do not taste like chicken at all, and the texture is a horrendous, spongy, flavorless mush. Prepared in air fryer. I tried to cook them longer to get them a little crispier, but nope - still spongy grossness. Do not waste your money.

Used to love these! Thry disappeared for a while and reappeared very disappointing. Mushy, chicken breaks apart, chicken is an off color. Bring back the old recipe!!!

Okay so I read the other reviews. At the price point this is "not" bad but no overly great either. I am not sure what folks are expecting? I personally perfer these over other frozen chicken patty brands. Maybe I am just cooking them different but mines get crisp and have a crunch on the outside. I put them in the microwave for like 2 minutes until they dethaw and then place them in the air frier for about 8-10 mins and flip during the first 4-5 mins in my wire basket. Maybe the wire basket makes a difference because the "air" circulates more? IDK. I do know I like these for quick fixes and it keeps me from eating fastfood drive thru food. They remind me of the old school Wendy's cheap chicken sandwhich the ones that used to be 99 cents. Its ground up and then patted and breaded so there is a different texture unlike a chicken patty cut solely from a chicken breast and then breaded. Yet, again still decent! I fix these for my kids lunch and pack them. My one kid has friends who love these and occasionally I will fix extra and send. They are definetly better then the ones they serve at school, so I am told and compared to what our schools serve may not say a whole lot! LOL I use a bun, the ones that have honey made into them. Overall these patties are good for homemade for around 60-65 cents per patty. I typically get 9-10 patties in the bag at $5.49 per bag currently. I mean to each their own but these like I said are better than bigger brands, not as much breading even upon looking at a cooked patty. I mean even a McD's cheap chicken sandwhich is pretty tasteless and double the cost. Not sure what people were expecting. I would recommend these for the price point, ease and overall okay taste. Which is a win to me. Mines are crip and a slight crunch to the outside. Can't say they are soggy with my prep.
