Q: Received today and it looks great!! Quality is really nice. The top does not stay up though and also won’t go all the way down. Is there something that can be adjusted on the lever inside?

A: Dear customers, our benches use safety curved handles to prevent fingers from being pinched, so when the lid is closed, you need to close it manually to protect your safety.
