This bed is darling. Exactly what I was looking for for my room motif. I’m not someone who builds or puts things together often (or well haha) but I was able to put the whole thing together all by myself! The instructions were very clear and it came with a bunch of extra hardware pieces, just in case something happens while you’re working on it. You will not need a box spring as it will cover the cute design the higher the mattress is.

So I actually really like this frame. It's super cute. My issue was that it came in a billion pieces and every screw had a nut to screw on, but the nuts all had threadlock and basically refused to thread. A 20 min project turned into 2 hours and a box of tissue real quick.

I recently switched from a tall platform bed with storage drawers, to this compact bed frame. I like that the headboard still has some storage space and that there is plenty of room under the bed for containers or baskets. The assembly went well and the bed looks really nice when all together. My one concern was the spacing between the bars, so I took the flat boards from my old platform bed and put them on top of the metal bars. No concerns after that
