There are step by step instructions included and each piece is numbered to help with assembly. The finished product has a second tier which is great for adding decorative items such as baskets filled with magazines and or a remote control. The gray wash is modern yet a bit rustic.

It looks amazing in the living room and I'm loving the grey wash and black metal look. It's really easy to clean and maintain, and pretty much anything looks fabulous on both levels of this modern farmhouse coffee table!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a love/hate relationship with this coffee table. I had many issues, mainly during the assembly. I would highly advise this to be a 2-person job, as it states in the manual. I will start by stating the materials themselves are not the highest quality. The manual is easy to comprehend, but it took my husband and I over an hour to put this thing together because there are so many small pieces and screws. Trying to put the tiny screws in was the worst part because the holes originally drilled were way too tiny to fit so my husband had to re-drill ALL OF THEM in order for us to manually screw the screws in. We're not amateurs when it comes to building furniture either. I usually love these projects but this one was definitely at the top of my list of most annoying pieces to assemble. I do like the look of the table (once it's put together) and it is quite sturdy once the brackets are installed on the corners. I would still recommend this item if you can get past the frustration of assembly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received the Flash Furniture - Wyatt Modern Farmhouse Wooden 2 Tier Coffee Table with Black Metal Corner Accents and Cross Bracing in Rustic Oak. I really like the simplicity of the design and the classy look it brings to my living space. The table has 2 tier design. The top of the table can hold up to 125 pounds of static weight and the bottom shelf can hold up to 50 pounds of static weight. I am using my bottom shelf for blankets for now. The wood table top is also warp resistant. Very nice table.

The wood frame with the black metal accent at corners give it character. The two tear provides the convenience of having photos displayed on the bottom and having spaceport art pieces or other times of the top. It is also convenient for movie night, have food and drinks handy. The table is easy to clean and hasn't stained so far. Very good quality and good looking coffee table, easy to assemble. My wife will be looking for the matching console or side table.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This beautiful Farmhouse coffee table with it's industrial brackets, looks great in our living room and is very sturdy as well .It can hold up to 125-pounds on the top shelf and 50-pounds on the lower shelf. This was easy to assemble by following the clear-cut instructions, and only needed a Philips screwdriver and the Allen wrench that was included. The assembled coffee table is sturdy and square, measuring 40-inches wide by 18-inches deep by 22-inches tall. I love the color and design of this coffee table and I highly recommend it !!!

It took me about 45 minutes to assemble. This table is very sturdy and I absolutely love the Farmhouse look and it goes perfectly with my grey sofa. It is the perfect size and I like that it is 2 tier, Just what I needed. If you are looking for a beautiful well made coffee table I highly recommend this one.
