I started off disappointed because of the poor packaging and the fact the pillow was coming of the box already and had dirt all over it. I reached and was told to return it, however I was to embarrassed because it looked used and was dirty. I ended up washing it and made it look even worse.

This looked beautiful online. U should’ve read the reviews. It had a small stain but the worst issue was the insert was too short by at least 6”. The material just hung sadly. I tried to unzip and fluff it out but it was still too small. It didn’t help that it was folded in 1/2 and shoved in plastic shipping bag. Even in sale at $30 it is not worth it. I returned.
The pillow arrived in a Target shipping bag without any plastic covering, and it appeared to have been previously used, with white residue on it. I am quite disappointed with this purchase.

I should have read the other recent reviews. This pillow isn’t worth $10, much less $50. The cover is way too big for the insert and the whole thing just looks extremely sloppy. Loose threads and totally misshapen. It will be going back.

There is not enough stuffing insert in the cover so the pillow looks like it's "slumped" on my bed. The sides have no filling as other reviews mentioned. I could buy a larger insert but that would double the price. Would not recommend and I'll spend a little extra to purchase something that looks more high end. Disappointed and I'm Annoyed to have to make another return.

Shipping with target is just terrible. They don’t care that the items arrive damaged. The pillow was shoved into a small bag and it somehow managed to strip the zipper. Also, none of these colors match the rest of the Casaluna line. I purchased a dark gray pillow and the dark gray quilt. The pillow is a very cool gray, almost blue. The quilt is warmer and has green undertones. Returning it and several other items to the store due to terrible shipping techniques. Seriously. Who puts two large glass containers in a box with no protection?

I ordered this online and whoever packaged it shipped it in the tiniest bag. It came bent and misshaped, and is still quite lumpy. I can’t exchange it because despite being a target brand, it’s not sold in stores and I’m worried the same thing will happen if I order another one. For a pillow of this cost, I am disappointed with the quality of the shipping.

This pillow was NOT packaged well. It did NOT come in its original packing as stated it would. It with crammed like a donut into a VERY small plastic shipping bag, which caused the zipper to break. I will return to a store tomorrow. A casualty of POOR training.

I’ve now ordered 2 of the natural color pillows and I’ve had the same issue with both. There’s 4-5 inches of extra fabric/material on each end that the actual pillow doesn’t fill so fabric just hangs there. The actual pillow insert seems too small. I’ve tried to fluff up the pillow to make it more “full” and to fill the cover better but it hasn’t worked. I love the color, it matches our bedding but I will be returning since it looks so odd with all the extra material hanging on the ends. Very disappointing.
