I purchased this item in two flavors and Birthday Cake is my favorite. Soothing and mild, is just enough to calm my sore throat and not aggravate it further. Will repurchase and keep these on hand. Case is metal and perfect to toss in a bag.

I tried these soothers and they coat my throat and keep my coughing spells from happening. The taste is great! Very yummy! I am excited to try other flavors from this brand!

A lot of the previous reviews are from promotions. These things are pretty useless in my experience. They are kinda soft and tacky on the outer layers and really didn’t taste good at all. They certainly didn’t provide any sort of relief for a sore throat.

The flavor is unique and I love that. I really dislike traditional cough drops or other throat soothing products mostly due to the flavors, but these taste great. They aren't overly sweet and again, they work. I also love the tin that they come in. It allows me to drop them in my purse or the glovebox without worrying that they are going to melt or open. Highly recommend.

The tin is a perfect size for putting in your purse and gives you a feeling of luxury and cleanliness. This way you know your throat lozenges aren't rolling around wrapper free in your purse. You can taste the honey and it soothes without tasting like medicine. I would have personally picked a different flavor but the birthday cake is not unpleasant. I think I would have enjoyed something fruity more.

I was ecstatic to try these throat drops, and they arrived just when they were needed most! They really do taste like birthday cake! I love that it doesn't taste overly sweet like buttercream frosting, but more like an unfrosted funfetti cupcake. My son also enjoys the way they taste, and he made the remark that he appreciated that there was no weird aftertaste. High praise from him! They dissolve slowly, in about 15 minutes. The drops are so soothing to my throat. It didn’t hurt to swallow while the lozenge was in my mouth and for a time after. They come in a convenient tin that is easy to store in your purse, glovebox, or desk drawer (etc). Sootheez are gluten-free and dairy-free. They are made with organic honey and pectin to soothe and relieve irritation. I highly recommend these if you have a sore throat and are looking for some relief!

I love that they come in a tin that is easy to slip into your purse or pocket. These did in fact help soothe my cough and my son actually liked them also.
