I originally purchased this rug in 5x8 but there was an error and it was no longer in stock. Customer service gave me a few options to choose from and I decided to just go a size up although I knew that size was too big but I really liked the look of this rug and hear good things about Jill Zarin’s line. The rug is finally here and I must say it’s even more gorgeous in person. The charcoal grey is perfect bc it won’t be as noticeable if it fades in this vegas heat and the material is not that plastic stuff but also doesn’t feel like an indoor rug. It’s hard to explain but it’s a perfect outdoor rug. I took a star off only bc I was waiting for the original rug I had purchased and that size would’ve been perfect. Now I have to play with this one to make it look right in the space. I have to say, though, customer service was great and I was surprised but definitely appreciated it.
