We've only had this rug for a couple weeks so I can't comment on how it will hold up, but by looking at its workmanship it appears to be well made with quality materials. A couple reviews talked about their rugs fading while most did not have that problem. Ours is under an awning and does get some sun in the morning, so we should be good....I hope! It came rolled and folded so we opened and just rolled it for a few days. Once we put it down, all the fold marks cleared out. We bought the blue and it matches our new awning and patio furniture perfectly. We bought for a terrific sale price for a rug this size, 10' x 10'! Overall we are very pleased with this purchase.

Unfortunately, this rug had multiple weave flaws. Very disappointed in quality. Immediately began return process. We’ll see how that process goes.
