For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

Q: Is this machine washable?

A: Hi C. No, we do not recommend putting your rug in a washing machine unless the product details clearly indicate it's machine washable. For our shag rugs, we recommend spot cleaning with Resolve or other spot treatment cleaners and vacuuming regularly. Do not use the vacuums with a beater bar as this will cause damage. The rug needs to be suction-only or take it outside and shake it out. You can use a carpet cleaner, commonly known as a shampooer, but he rug should be dried immediately and evenly.

The size on the rug is labeled as 10'8x14 the rug I received was a 5x8 I was not given the option to have the correct size exchanged and delivered :( even if I was sent the wrong rug, so be careful

The last rug we got from Rugs.com was great. This one disappointed. Thinest shag rug I have ever seen. It felt plastic-y, particularly in the patches that melted together and had to be trimmed off. There were maybe 4 of these patches about a hand in diameter, across the rug, and they feel gross to step on. The orange lattice was more like a brown than how it was shown in the photo. We would have returned it but all my furniture arrived same day and it wasn't worth trying to package it back up and send it back, then lift the furniture when a new one arrived. I would buy a shag rug elsewhere.
