You can also reduce or remove creasing by rolling the rug, pattern side up, and massaging the creases with your hands. The backing will loosen to help the rug lay flat. For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

There are many positive reviews for this rug. My experience is different. The rug I received looks old, worn out and a shabby turquoise color (not a deep aqua as described). Disappointing but hey, you can't win'em all. Most things I purchase at Target are great.

It looks great, however we are having issues with how bumpy it is. I’m sure it’s just time and a little attention after being rolled for so long (googling some ideas) but at the moment it’s a major trip hazard, my cats think the bumps are hiding treasures, and it’s just hard to follow suggestions because it’s so big. Working on it! Color is exactly as expected.

I ordered this in teal 9 x 12. Didn’t receive the first one.. Kept waiting and reread the email. It said it had been delivered. Contacted the company and was sent another one. Great customer service. Wasn’t sure what to expect for $200.00. Never had shag carpet or rug. It’s really a deep pile and the color (teal) is perfect My 11 year old Great Dane loves the rug. He has never stretched out on floor. Constantly laying on it now.

The color is bit more vibrant in person than the picture shows. We rolled it out, and the creases from shipping relaxed out on their own in a day or so. And my dogs are super happy that they are not sliding around on the wood floors anymore.
