The rug is beautiful - but it was shipped in a square box - 12x9 rug folded into a 3 foot square - it's edges are turned up - just waiting to trip me, and it won't lay flat.

You get what you pay for - don't buy this rug for anyone who is prone to tripping, children, elderly because the rug will not lay flat it's buckled all the way across from being rolled. So thin you 100% need a rug pad so grab that and loads of rug tape if you're getting this rug.
