I'm giving this a 3 star because I had to return my first bed (it came damaged) this is a target plus item so target couldn't do much expect return it. It's a very heavy and big item so that was tough. I returned it and went ahead and purchased another bed (my son had his heart set on this bed) it came in a couple of days later with another damaged part. This time I wrote an email to manufacture and they sent me the broken part less than a week later. But unfortunately between my first return, then second item being damaged again and having to contacted the manufacture via email since they don't have any live costumer service it was a headache. The bed though is beautiful, and I love that it's made of real wood. Took my husband by himself about 3.5 hours to build.
