Crafted with solid pine wood and a barnwood-style finish, this bunk bed is extra sturdy and stylish. The rustic finish lets the natural beauty and variation of the wood grain show through. Because of this, there may be slight visual variations in the overall finishes. This bunk bed features 13.5 inch guardrails on the top bunk and built-in grooved steps that can be placed on either side of the bed to fit your space. Plywood slats and a metal underbed support bar can accommodate up to 400 lbs. of resting weight per bunk. This bunk bed is compatible with standard queen size mattresses between 5 and 8 inches thick. No box spring or bunkie board is required for this bed.
