I can't sleep on just any pillow - it needs to be down alternnative, able to be molded to anyway I like, and doesn't go flat like the traditional hotel down pillows - since Squishmallows don't make pillows, I have found this to replace my old traditional polyster fill pillows which have gone all lumpy over the years. I chose the firm because it's softer and more bouncy than the extra firm - I have slept on it for a week now, no neck pain, very comfortable, and I am going to get some more to replace my other old lumpy pillows.
