Nice tasting buckwheat honey

I bought this buckwheat honey because I was told it promotes healing in the body, supports immune function, and boosts antioxidants. It’s also great for soothing sore throats and coughs - using a teaspoon full. It comes in a paste form but dissolves nicely in hot water. I find if I dip the spoon in my hot water first, it glides through the honey. The plain buckwheat is a bit more bitter, but this one with forest and multi flower is very good. I have it as a hot drink - one teaspoon in hot water. I have also had it mixed in chamomile tea.

If you want to keep cancer at bay, every night drink White Tea with a teaspoon of Raw Honey. Y.S. Eco Bee Farms Raw Honey is the best. I remain cancer free because of this product.

I often use this for my nightly 1-2 T of honey (for many benefits!). The flavor is strong, but not as strong as straight buckwheat honey. I "believe" it is very good for me, so I've come to enjoy it, almost!

Love this honey. I use it in my tea and to mix with turmeric. It tastes awesome and the value is great as its a fairly large jar for the price. Almost time for another jar!

different folks, regarding the taste of this honey. I'm happy to agree with the reviewer who said it reminds him of "caramel", which I happed to adore! I frequently top a freshly sliced apple with it (reminding me of a caramel apple# and also, a scoop of Artic Zero #150 calories a pint)! for a low cal caramel "sundae". Yum yum and much healthier than caramel. The only reason I didn't award it 5 leaves across the board was the report that it's not organic as I previously thought.

This is probably the best honey i have ever tasted, and its thick and dark like caramel. Love the fact that its a combination of optimal raw honey from around the world for its antioxidant power. My only disappointment is this honey IS NOT organic, hence only giving it 4 stars. With the company's name being "Organic Bee Farms", One would automatically think that all their honey is organic.... Not the case, very misleading. Despite the company name, if its organic their label will say Organic Raw Honey. If it is a concern for you, I called them and they said they have not tested this honey for pesticides, herbacides, gmo ect....so there is no guarantee. I asked them why some of their honey is tested and some not, they said its too expensive. So there you have it.

I really like this honey. The smell and taste are excellent in my opinion. The only honey I have found that I like better is the pure Manuka. Both honeys improve the taste of my morning tea. I like strong teas and this honey is perfect.

I did not open the jar for a while. Recently used it and I initially thought tea I made was bad. Then realized the taste from the honey. It is so strong and to me uncomfortable, I cannot even take 1/8 of a teaspoon. The taste remained for a long time. It may be good antioxidant but the purpose is also the enjoyment. There are plenty of other antioxidant supplement and food. I would not buy this again and originally I thought to give someone as a gift. Obviously I changed my mind and I am glad that I tasted it beforehand.

Some people did not like the taste of this honey as I guess they are not used to buckwheat honey. I found this one to be a great tasting honey. I have already finished my first bottle that I ordered (for which I am writing this review) and the second one is on its way. The only problem I have with Swanson is that shipping takes too long and now I will be without this great honey for a week! I eat it everyday.
I LOVE it!

seems to have bee propolis in it, hence this must be why it is termed "antioxidant." affects taste and odor -- wouldn't purchase again

I love the cinnahoney. This antioxidant power honey just isn't for me. The aroma is very fragrant. To me, not in a good way but some may like the earthy smell. It reminds me of being deep in the woods hunting deer, how the air smells of woods and musk after it rains.
