I ordered on line Monday and Mattress arrived Thursday! I was so surprised that it came rolled up in a much smaller box.. I thought there must have been a mistake as I expected a full size twin mattress. I even called before I opened the box and I actually got a REAL person from Ashley who was very nice and assured me it was indeed mattress! I opened box and the mattress literally sprung to life! It fully filled output very quickly and had been very comfortable to sleep on!

Have a king size too. They're great for the price which is also pretty great

Perfect for soaking

Haven't even had this mattress a month. Went to spot clean and area and the thread literally came apart. Only used a gentle rag and water.

I purchased this mattress for my guest bed and it is very comfortable. I am a heavy side sleeper and my shoulder began to ache on my expensive Beautyrest. Using this Chime mattress as my main saved my shoulder. It is very plush and perfect for a side sleeper. I seen reviews complaining about the height being 11" and not 12". Why does it matter when you're getting a great mattress on the cheap.

I have had this bed for over 3 or 4 years and I absolutely love it the only bed so far I found that actually doesn't give me back issues I highly recommend especially if your pregnant this helped me soo much during my pregnancy and after

I bought this mattress about 3 yrs ago. The first year the mattress was great but these last 2 yrs not so much. It's caving in where we lay on both sides. I wake up in severe pain my shoulders and back hurt everyday. I expected this bed to last longer than a yr, I'm very disappointed to say the least

I ordered to for my daughter's and I must say exceeded my expectations. I was skeptical about a mattress in a box, but now I'm looking for myself. The mattress is plush and very comfortable.

I appreciate this mattress and the price I wish they would advertise it as a 10 inch mattress instead of 12. I bought it for my guest room and decided to keep it.

I decided to put a bed in my office after this 2nd time with Covid. I needed to be comfortable and got this the price was great. Since this is something I'll us every once in a while. Delivery was super fast, bed is super comfortable I'm a side sleeper and my shoulder or hips didn't hurt. I was amazed to take it out the box and watch it fluff out into a mattress it was mind blowing to watch. I bought a full the box was heavy the mattress was well protected in the box.

I bought 2 of these for my sons and now looking into buying one for myself, as they super comfortable especially good for the price! I had bought a more expensive one for myself that is not as comfortable as this one.

I bought the 12" plush chime mattress. I was leary to buy another mattress online, since the first one I bought elsewhere was horrible. I not only received the mattress in 2 days, but I am so happy with it!! I love my bed again, and finally got the best night's sleep in 3 years!!! The bed is firm enough for me, but the top is plush, and soft enough. I am 5'2", & 135 lbs. I must say it is heavy , so if you're carrying it upstairs, get help!! I love my Chime, Thank you Ashley for such a prompt delivery!!

Ordered 3 of these in a full size for 3 of my children. Upgraded all of their beds and decided to go with Ashley's Full Size 12" Chime Mattress. They love the mattress. I plan on upgrading my mattress too and when I am ready I will purchase a King Size 12" Chime mattress from Ashley's. I would definitely recommend!! & Sorry I didn't take any pics of their mattresses either smh.
