These chairs are very sturdy, they look better in person. However, three of the 12 chairs we purchased have defects in the back rest. Target customer service was excellent, but because the chairs are third party, they can only help us as much as Morden Fort will allow. Morden Fort has not provided Target Guest services their contact information, so Target can only start an email thread with Morden Fort. This will take weeks to resolve… if someone from Morden Fort even responds. Returning all 12 is a lot of work.. could just order new chairs, but Target cannot give the price I paid just a week ago… it is up to Morden Fort… and they cannot be contacted accept email… Because of this, I give the chairs only two stars. Beautiful chairs seem to be well-made, but if there is no resolve for defective products, beauty of the chair means nothing.
