I had high expectations after reading all reviews, but instead, got very disappointed! First, the rug arrived in quite unusual folded way that I have never seen before (see photos- it was folded in a big rectangle shape). Because of that folding style, it has do many creases on it. Second, the side of the rug is defective. It has a cut on the edge (see the photos). Also, the carpet is super thin itself, DEFINITELY NOT a medium height one as it was stated on the descriptions! Besides the quality, how can you send me a defective item?? This is unacceptable!! And now I have to carry this rug all the way to store because I won’t pay for a defective item! So disappointed Target!
