[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug itself is beautiful. Great coloring, looks expensive. But the smell is awful. We have had this rug unrolled for over a month and it still smells of plastic and chemicals. I even used my hoover with water to try and speed up the process. Nothing works. And the company does not offer refunds. It's a shame, because it's a beautiful carpet.

Bought this in a 10x14 and it's absolutely beautiful, we love it. We left it outside unrolled to air out for a couple days and now I can hardly smell the odor as opposed to the other 1 star review for this rug. I love the neutral colors (dark gray, light gray, beige cream) and it would go well in any room. It's also super soft on your feet. It lays flat and the folds came out quick. Very pleased!

The accent colors are a cool light gray, dark gray, and a light brown/beige, so the rug would work in both cool and warm color environments. The rug is super soft and isn’t as thin as some other rugs I’ve ordered recently, so I honestly don’t even have a rug pad under it (it’s not in a high traffic area).For reference, our walls are SW Evergreen Fog.
