Q: Why does everyone's review pictures of the product look different than the product shown? The glass portion is shown hanging below the entire gold portion. It's not like that in any product pictures

Even better in person! love love love the way it looks in my hallway! I do need to order a clear bulb to get ride of the ugly look mine currently gives it. Highly recommend, you almost dont even see it :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I updated a 20 year old light fixture I had with this new Harrow 1-light ceiling mounted fixture and am so glad I did. My old one was an ugly gold and this is a modern black light. The glass around it is a very light black so you can still see through it. It took only about a half hour to take out the hold and put this one in. I was lucky that the insides matched up so it was an fairly easy install. It has totally made my front entrance have a new modern look. (see photo) I would highly recommend this light.

Now I can see in my hallway! The clear glass let’s the light shine and I can actually see in my closet without having to turn my phone flashlight on. The brass is a beautiful color and matches perfectly. It was super easy to install. At least that’s what my husband said!

I wasn't sure about the smoked shade, but it puts off a nice hue. The instructions were clear and my husband was able to install it in no time. The light was packaged well and very protected with a lot of the air filled bubble packs. I like it so much that I may need to buy a few more for my closets and hallway.

I was able to gift this to my daughter as a housewarming gift. My son-in-law was so happy that it was so easily installed and worked great. It has given their living room a touch of elegance while not being overstated. The light socket is the "basic" socket, which gives you so many options of bulbs to use in this fixture. From the fanciest bulb to the everyday type. For a great addition to any room, I highly recommend this light fixture from Harrow. Easy to install, beautifully made, simple and elegant.

The matte brass is a perfect compliment to my existing decor...it's so pretty!
