The board was broken during the instructed installation. I have contacted Target and the customer service told me that I can just request for the part that has quality issue to be sent again. So I spend 3 days to finished the other parts of installation and I found one of the nails was missing. So I have replied Target’s email with the picture of problem and request the missing/ replacement parts. But they replied to me that they cannot send part anymore and I have to return everything. Unfortunately, they don’t offer any other options to ease my work. I am very disappointed with this product and purchasing experience.
